Just used its pool service and got ripped off. JT himself got together with his manufacture and gave me the run around.... I paid 3200.99 for a resurface diamond brite job. Upon completion I started getting brown stains out of no where. Of course they blamed the outside environment. I explained to JT that I had this pool for 25 years and never had a stain issue. Went to pinch a penny and talked to the owner and they advised me that if the pool company did not treat the pool with a metal protector you will get these stains. I asked JT about the metal protector and said they did do it and left the empty container at my house. Never found empty container or instructions pertaining to one. I just want people to know to be careful with this company as they are dishonest and do not do the right thing. I called another company who are helping me out with the stains.read more

Used JT's for a few months. Noticed after a few weeks that the pool wasn't looking clean anymore. Set up my dropcam to... film the pool. The video showed a young guy on the phone dumping 1 gallon of chlorine in the pool and leaving. He was there for under 3 minutes. Left a message for JT Pools with no response, so I followed up with an email. No response. The following week, same exact thing. The following week, same. I finally emailed them that I didn't want the service any longer. No apology, nothing.
Yelp also shows poor reviews.
At the very least JT, for $90 a month, if someone is unhappy about something, RESPOND!

Had a leak issue with my pool and had to have a new skimmer installed. Jaime and Soroya we're very easy to work with. The were informative and very helpful at every step, and went above and beyond expectations. They got the job done professionally and in a timely manner.Will be using JTs for my pool needs moving forward.

I would highly recommend! Full pool and deck remodel. Jaime was very responsive and organized. From travertine installation, new tile, diamond bright and salt water system to water treatment when completed. Always answered calls and texts immediately. Installers and staff were respectful and courteous! Pleasant experience!

After a brief conversation the owner met me at my house for a site visit to outline the scope of the project. He was very knowledgable and educated me on a few options that we had not even considered.Within a few days, his crew was removing old tiles and prepping the pool. The following day, they laid the new tiles and then it was onto diamond bright resurfacing- his crew were ultra professional, respectful, hard working and organized.Our pool is the envy of the neighborhood- it has never looked better!Killer pricing! On budget! Ahead of schedule and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the owner to his crew. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Mr. Tapia and his staff are very professional. The diamond brite and the retiling job done to my pool was excellent in quality. This Company finished the job before the promised due date and I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs a serious Company for their pool needs. I was looking for a pool service company to install a Saftron pool handrail on my paver decking. Upon several attempts of calling other pool service companies around my area I found JT's Pool Services and "What an Amazing Experience" I received! Great Friendly Customer Service, Prompt and Affordable! They dispatched a technician out to my home to install the handrail Professionally and in a Timely Manner! This company is a 5 Star company and that I would Recommend & Refer everyone to call them for any Pool Service needs!! Great Job Andy!

They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had been in the pool business hence my initial choice. Jaime inspected my pool and I contracted him for a remodeling thereof. He did an excellent job for a very fair price. Thereafter, I have used the company for weekly pool maintenance. They have maintained my pool perfectly for the past year and a half to my full satisfaction and I have received many compliments on its fine appearance. I highly recommend this company
